ITINERARY

DAY 1

• Pick-up at Porto Airport if needed
• Transfer to the 4* hotel in the Douro Valley
• Check-in at the hotel
• Sightseeing & lunch in a local restaurant
• Transfer to a leading sparkling wine producer in the Douro
• Guided visit with sparkling wine tasting
• Transfer back to the hotel
• Relax and free time

DAY 2

• Breakfast in the hotel
• Transfer to Pinhão from where a boat trip on the Douro River to a wine estate
• Guided visit in the winery in Baixo Corgo
• Followed by lunch in the winery with a tasting of 5 wines
• Relax on the terrace with a view of Douro Valley
• Boat trip back on the river
• Pinhão sightseeing
• Transfer to the Casa de Mateus in Vila Real
• Full guided tour + garden visit
• Stop at the most beautiful viewpoint of the Douro Valley
• Transfer back to the hotel
• Relax and free time

DAY 3

• Breakfast in the hotel
• Transfer to a winery in the Cima Corgo subregion
• Guided visit in the winery with Douro wine tasting
• Lunch in the winery
• Transfer to a premium Port wine producer
• Guided tour of the estate with a breathtaking view over the Douro River
• Guided tasting of 6 Port wines
• Optional: a bottle of Vintage Port opening with tongs. An unforgettable experience to see this spectacle action!
• Transfer back to the hotel
• Relax and free time

• Check-out from the hotel
• Transfer to Porto Airport or to the departure point
