What data do you need to make a booking?

To make your booking for our more days tours, we need your personal data: email, name, taxpayer identification number, address, postal code, and phone number.

Do I have to be registered on the portal to book services?

No, you don’t need to be a registered user to book my tours.

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

The booking of services on the website is not immediate so, in this case, we will inform you of the deadline for the confirmation during the booking process. Enotourism has very specific characteristics and some of the activities available in wine tourism in Portugal require extensive preparation to ensure the quality of the services provided. Therefore, the availability of an immediate booking may not be guaranteed. We will send you the details of your booking by email and later we will send your Booking Status (confirmation or non-confirmation).
In case the non-confirmation is due to the non-availability of dates, we will make every possible effort to provide you with a comparable alternative, but the acceptance of this alternative will depend on you only.

How can I change or cancel a booking?

You can cancel a reservation without penalty up to 72 hours before the service.
Services canceled 72 to 48 hours before service – 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service – 100% cancellation fee.

What should I do after receiving the confirmation of my booking?

After receiving the confirmation of your booking you should read carefully all the information to ensure it is in accordance with your booking. You must present this confirmation e-mail on your arrival to our partner to enjoy the service you have booked. In the case of a “Hotel” partner, you should also present an identification card or a valid passport.

How far in advance do I have to book?

It depends on the type of service you have selected. The booking may be immediate or may be subject to the availability of the partner. You should read and check carefully all the terms and both general and specific conditions of each service at the time of booking.

How do I know what is included in the price?

Please, read and check carefully the description of the service you want to book. After you send your reservation filling out the actual form, you will get feedback with the tour details.

How do I have to pay for the service?

You must pay for the Service in advance with a bank transfer. After your booking, you will receive an email about the payment details as well.

What does pre-payment mean?

Some of our partners will require a deposit to confirm your booking, a partial or the total amount of the service you booked.

Do you also book the flight ticket?

No, the flight ticket is always booked by the guest. But there are tours where it is worth sticking to the offered departure time and flight so that the group arrives at the same time.
